As a member of Frontwave, you have the opportunity to shape the direction of our organization by voting in the 2025 Board of Directors Election. This year, there are three open positions on the Board, and six candidates are running to represent you.We’re proud to partner with Survey & Ballot Systems (SBS) again this year to ensure a secure and efficient election process. SBS will distribute ballots to eligible members by email and mail in February. Election results will be shared with members in early April.
What You Need to Know
- When: The election runs from February 28 to March 21, with in-branch voting available March 3 -15.
- Who is Eligible to Vote: Any active member as of December 31, 2024. Active membership requires being the primary member with at least $50 on deposit or an active loan.*
- Seats Being Filled: Three open positions on the Board of Directors.
How to Vote
- Electronic Voting: Members with a valid email on file will receive a ballot link via email by February 28. Electronic voting will remain open until March 21.
- Mail-in Ballot: Members who prefer a paper ballot must request one by February 24. Completed ballots must be received by March 15. To request a ballot, contact SBS by phone at 952.974.2339 or by email at [email protected].
- In-Person Voting: Members may opt to vote in person at any of our 13 branches during normal business hours from March 3 -15.
