Frank Bellavia
Biography
San Diego native Franklin Bellavia has a deep-rooted commitment to serving others, spanning from his service as a U.S. Marine to his volunteer role as Co-chair of UC San Diego’s Veteran Alumni Council. After completing two tours in Iraq, Bellavia attended community college before transferring to UC San Diego. As an alumnus, Bellavia recently took the initiative to establish the Veteran Alumni Council which is hosted virtually via Tritons Connect. As part of his volunteer efforts for the newly formed group, Bellavia helps veterans transition from college and into the civilian world. He works to review resumes, connect student veterans to resources, and coordinates social gatherings to celebrate the veteran community. He believes these efforts help foster a greater sense of camaraderie among student veterans and assist them as they build a robust network for post-graduation endeavors. Bellavia’s professional experience includes an extensive career in financial services working in various roles to include broker-dealer operations, and sales. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and coastal Italian cuisine.Candidate's Statement

Michael Naylor
Biography and Candidate Statement
Michael “Mike” Naylor is a proven leader with significant accomplishments managing global programs at the highest levels of the U.S. Military and in the C-suite of a global defense contractor. Mr. Naylor is a recognized top performer and trusted advisor that thrives on team building, problem-solving and implementing people, financial and material or technical solutions to improve organizational capability and operational excellence.Mr. Naylor is currently the Chief Executive Officer of a global defense contractor with over 400 employees, of which 90% of these employees are military veteran aircraft mechanics and aviation logistics specialists.
Mr. Naylor retired at the rank of Colonel after a distinguished 30-year U.S. Marine Corps career serving as the Deputy Commander, MCI West at Camp Pendleton; Chief of Staff U.S. Joint Forces Command and U.S. National Liaison Representative to NATO Allied Command Transformation; and Commanding Officer of EWTGLant and HMMT-164. Mike flew Marine One for Presidents George H.W. Busch and Bill Clinton. He also served as the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Commandant, Programs and Resources in the Pentagon which managed the $80B budget of the US Marine Corps.
After retirement from the Marine Corps, he obtained the Series 6, 63, 26, and 52 FINRA securities licenses and California insurance license. He served as a Registered Investment Advisor Principal at an Independent Registered Investment Advisor and Broker/Dealer Firm in Carlsbad.
Mike thrives on solving the challenges of organizations and individuals. He aspires and diligently works to see people succeed personally, professionally and financially. Three boards that Mr. Naylor is currently active on demonstrates how he has a significant impact on: the 400+ veterans that PKL Services employs, the 800+ children that call the Boys and Girls Club of Carlsbad home after school and in summer camp, and the 1500+ homeowners and neighbors in the Rancho Carrillo neighborhood in Carlsbad. He is dedicated to using his experience in both the public and private sectors to be a valuable member on the Frontwave Credit Union Board to advise and guide Frontwave’s management to make all members successful in meeting their financial goals.
Gerald Polyascko
Biography
Retired from the U. S. Marine Corps as a Colonel After 32 Years, Holding Command Positions in all Ranks, including 2 Tours in the Vietnam Conflict. Upon Retirement,Took a position as Vice president of Dynagraphic, the Printing Division of Dynamed Corporation, in Carlsbad, Ca.until January 1995. From January 1995 to January 2009, Colonel Polyascko was The Senior Marine Instructor of The Marine Corps Junior ROTC Program at Eisenhower High School in The Rialto Unified School District, Rialto, Ca. Focusing on Leadership/Character Development for Students in the Program. Colonel Polyascko's Education includes an MS in Human Resource Management From Salve Regina University in Conjunction with the Naval War College, Newport , R.I. Community Service includes : Director on Board of Frontwave Credit Union since January 2010, Vice President, Camp Pendleton  Historical Society, member of the American Legion, VFW, and Marine Corps League.Candidate's Statement
For past 14 years I have had the Honor and Privilege of serving on the Board of our Credit Union. I additionally served on the Supervisory Committee prior to being selected for a Board Position. During this period, the Credit Union has continued to grow in membership and assets. Our Board and Management Teams are Exceptional and I believe the membership has benefited and will continue to benefit from from the aforementioned. Having served over 30 Years in the Marine Corps, I understand the importance of Leadership and a strong team in producing positive results. We have such a Team. I take volunteer service seriously and as your advocate I will always give 100% to ensure the members are the focus and priority for all actions taken by the Board and Management. Ann Regan
Biography
Ann Regan has served the Frontwave board since 2022, moving from Associate to Board Director in 2024. She is also on the Compensation Committee. Ann is an experienced product and business manager with over 25 years of experience building predictive A.I. solutions for financial services companies. Before retiring from CoreLogic, Ann was responsible for managing a portfolio of property, loan, and market analytics, including the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Home Price Indices.Ann spent eight years at ID Analytics (now LexisNexis), where she was responsible for enterprise solutions, including pioneering credit risk and fraud products used by many large credit card and telecommunication companies. At HNC Software (now FICO), Ann worked on the first patented home valuation model and developed a widely adopted application processing and workflow platform.
Her academic qualifications include a BSc in Computer Science from Arizona State University and a MSc in Computer Science from Northwestern University. Through her extensive industry experience, Ann has developed an in-depth perspective on the benefits and risks associated with financial services. She leverages this experience to ensure that Frontwave members derive maximum benefits while ensuring the long-term stability of the Credit Union.

During my time on the board, I have enjoyed learning about the world-class Frontwave organization and contributing my insights on strategic direction and tactical challenges. I welcome the opportunity to continue serving on the board as we face economic changes and industry challenges.My extensive background in financial technology enables me to provide perspective on current and future industry trends. I have worked with industry groups, regulators, and legislators to identify and eliminate bias in lending and to make veterans more competitive in the home-buying process.
Whether it be the complexities of the home-buying process or the impact of credit scores on credit card rates, my many years working with banks, credit card companies, and mortgage lenders have given me insight on how consumers are impacted by financial services technology and policies. I will use my background to provide insight to the Frontwave executive team on how to best serve Frontwave members.
David Robinson
Biography
Mr. Robinson, a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps (1997-2002), and member of Frontwave Credit Union since 1997, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technology and innovation. His military service sharpened his decision-making skills and team management capabilities in high-pressure environments, forming a strong foundation for his professional success.Currently, Mr. Robinson is the Automation Manager at Sunkist Growers, where he applies over 16 years of expertise in technology, operations, and leadership. He specializes in leveraging software, electrical systems, and machine control technologies to improve operational efficiency and implement innovative solutions.
Mr. Robinson holds three Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees and a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Development, allowing him to effectively address challenges and develop strategic solutions.
Through his own business, DCR Web Services, Mr. Robinson gives back to his community by providing discounted services to Active/Veteran military members and non-profit organizations.

Biography
Mark Ross is a seasoned operations and strategy leader with over 20 years of experience driving significant improvements in performance and engagement. He has held leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, Abbott, and Medtronic, as well as smaller, innovative organizations and start-ups. Mark is currently a Fractional COO (Chief Operating Officer) helping small and medium-sized businesses learn and implement the Best Practices of Fortune 500 companies. He also helps provide Fractional (part-time) leadership to organizations who are looking to increase efficiency or decrease the headaches common within organizations.Mark’s passion lies in optimizing business operations and empowering teams. He has a proven track record of delivering results, from streamlining processes to implementing strategic initiatives. His academic background, including an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BA in Youth Ministry from Hope International University, combined with certifications in LEAN Six Sigma, provides him with a strong foundation for addressing complex challenges. Hi Friends! I love being engaged in my community and seeing how I can make an impact for the better. My father is a veteran and has been a part of the Frontwave family for years. Based on his experiences, I also joined Frontwave.When I heard about the opportunity to join as a board member, I thought it would be a great way to use my experience in serving our bank and community.
A little bit about me personally… I have been married for 32 years, father for 29 years and an Oceanside resident for 22 years. I have served in the following local roles, Treasurer for Oceanside Valley Little League, Board Member at Vista Pony League, high school small group leader at North Coast Church, adult small group leader at North Coast Church and other various volunteer roles.
