In accordance with Federal and State laws, we maintain safeguards and security measures which protect your personal information from unlawful, accidental or unauthorized loss, alteration, destruction, disclosure or access. We also observe your rights to financial privacy, in accordance with Gram-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and the newly adopted California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Effective January 1, 2021 Frontwave’s CCPA policies and procedures also apply to employees of Frontwave Credit Union, and/or Frontwave employment applicants.
