*Overdrafts may happen with checks, Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments, ATM withdrawals, transfers, bill payments, debit card payments and other electronic payments. There is no Overdraft Fee if your account is overdrawn by less than $20. If your account has a single or aggregate dollar amount of overdrafts totaling more than $20.00, it will be charged a $20.00 Overdraft Fee for each occurrence up to a maximum of five (5) per day. The payment of any transaction into overdraft remains a discretionary decision of Frontwave Credit Union and we reserve the right not to pay. For example, we typically do not pay these items if your account is overdrawn or if you have had excessive overdrafts. If Frontwave declines to pay an overdraft, the check/ACH will be returned and will also be subject to standard Non-Sufficient Fund Fees in accordance with Frontwave’s Schedule of Fees and Charges.
