Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver (ARCDW)

Count on built-in auto rental coverage

When you use your covered Frontwave Visa card to rent a vehicle, you’ll get built-in Auto Rental Coverage. You’re covered for physical damage, theft, reasonable and customary towing and loss-of-use charges. Decline the Collision Damage Waiver coverage offered by the rental agency and make sure your name is listed as the primary renter on the auto rental contract. Any additional drivers must also be listed on the auto rental agreement.

Easy claim process

Go to www.eclaimsline.com or call to talk to a Benefit Administrator at 1.800.348.8472 to initiate your claim. If you are outside the U.S., you can call collect: 1.804.673.1164. You must sign and return your claim form (or if you prefer, file online) within 90 days of the date of incident – you can supply any outstanding documentation afterwards.

Warranty Manager Service

Extend your product’s warranties automatically

Extend your warranty’s time period when you use your covered Frontwave Visa card for your purchase. Warranty Manager Service will double the time period of coverage to your existing U.S. manufacturer’s warranty up to one additional year on eligible warranties of three years or less. There is a per claim maximum of $10,000 and a per cardholder maximum of $50,000.

Easy product registration and claim process

When you make a purchase, you can register your product online at www.cardbenefitservices.com or call the Benefit Administrator at 1.800.348.8472 (outside the U.S., call collect: 1.303.967.1096) – that way the Claim Center will have all the pertinent information readily available should you need to file a claim later.

Lost Luggage Reimbursement

Lost luggage? You're covered.

When you use your covered Frontwave Visa card to purchase an airline or common carrier ticket, you can be eligible to receive reimbursement for your checked luggage or carry-on baggage and their contents in the event it is lost due to theft or misdirection by the airline ($5,000 per trip maximum; if you live in New York, the maximum is $2,000 per bag).

This coverage applies to more than air travel – it also can be in place when you have used your covered Frontwave Visa card to purchase your ticket for travel via other eligible forms of transportation, such as a ferry, cruise ship, train or bus. Be sure to fill out a lost luggage report with the common carrier immediately. You will need this information when filing a claim.

Collect your documents (lost luggage report, dates of travel, etc.) and go to www.eclaimsline.com or call 1-800-757-1274 to file a claim or get your questions answered. If you are outside the U.S., you can call collect: 1-804-673-6496. Please note that notification to the Benefit Administrator must be made within 20 days from the date the luggage was lost or stolen.
 

Personal Identity Theft

Personal Identity Theft provides reimbursement for covered expenses you incur to restore your identity, up to a maximum of $5,000 as a result of a Covered Stolen Identity Event.

Theft or unauthorized or illegal use of your name, transaction card account or account number, Social Security number, or any other method of identifying you, is considered a “Covered Stolen Identity Event.”

Travel and Emergency Assistance Services

Count on emergency assistance while traveling

When you’re traveling or working anywhere in the world, your covered Frontwave Visa card gets you access to a multilingual call center – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – for the assistance you need. You, your spouse and legal dependent children under 22 years of age who are traveling with you can call toll-free in the United States, or collect when traveling abroad. Services include: medical and legal referrals, emergency transportation and more.

Roadside Dispatch

What is Roadside Dispatch?

Roadside Dispatch is a pay-per-use roadside assistance program. The program provides you with security and convenience wherever your travels take you.

No membership or pre-enrollment is required. No annual dues. No limit on usage.

For a set price per service call, the program provides:

  • Standard Towing – Up to 5 miles included1
  • Tire Changing – must have good, inflated spare
  • Jump Starting
  • Lockout Service (no key replacement)
  • Fuel Delivery – up to 5 gallons (plus the cost of fuel)
  • Standard Winching

Roadside Dispatch will ask you where you are, what the problem is, and while we remain on the phone we will arrange a dispatch to a reliable tow operator or locksmith to provide help. (If you feel you are in an unsafe location – we will advise you to hang up and dial 911. If you are not able to dial 911, we will call the non-emergency police number in your area, and will remain on the phone with you at your request until the police arrive.) You have the convenience of one toll-free phone number and you may save money because our rates are pre-negotiated.Dependable roadside assistance, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week has never been easier. No membership or pre-enrollment is required. Just call us toll-free when you need us.

Note: Current fee for a standard service call is $69.95. Customers must pay service provider for mileage over 5 miles. A secondary unit being towed behind is not included but can be accommodated for an additional fee. Standard Winching applies within 100 feet of paved or county maintained road only. Additional fees may apply for winching services under certain circumstances. Service call fees are subject to change at any time; however callers will be notified of pricing prior to any service dispatch. This program may be discontinued at any time without prior notice. 1 Any vehicle with wheels is covered under the program as long as it can be classified as ‘Light Duty’. ‘Light Duty’ vehicles are vehicles that weigh 10,000 lbs. or less. Vehicles weighing more than 10,000 lbs. are considered ‘Medium Duty’ or ‘Heavy Duty’ and are NOT covered under this program.
