Your Checking Just Got a Serious Upgrade

If you graduated from Marine Corps Recruit Depot in September 2025, you should have recently received a notice in the mail about an upgrade to your Frontwave checking account.

Starting July 1, 2026, your account moves to Elite Checking. It adds built-in protections and everyday tools designed to help safeguard your identity, protect your purchases and manage your money as you begin the next phase of your Marine Corps journey.

This page keeps things simple. You can review the documents we mailed below, see what’s included with your upgraded account, and learn how to access your new benefits.

Important Timing

  • Benefits begin July 1, 2026.
  • Your first three months are free, so you can explore the benefits!
  • Beginning October 2026, a $6 monthly fee* applies (waived with a $2,500 average daily balance).

Activate & Explore Your Benefits

Log in to Digital Banking and navigate to Manage Accounts > Elite Checking to activate identity monitoring, view your protections, and explore your included tools.
