Items must be purchased entirely with your Elite Plus Checking account for coverage.
3 Cell Phone Protection: Covers up to four devices with up to $600 per claim and $1,200 per year for theft or damage ($50 deductible applies). Your wireless bill must be paid with your Elite Plus Checking account.
4 Identity Monitoring, Expense Reimbursement & Resolution Services – Your identity stays under watch with monitoring across more than 1,000 databases and public records to identify suspicious activity, including credit header information, phone records, United States Postal Service records and more. A risk score rating is generated with your initial scan and monthly thereafter, and can be viewed online. If your score indicates a high-risk result, a Risk Specialist will contact you by phone or email to discuss the scan, and if necessary guide you through recovery, including reimbursement up to $10,000 for identity theft related expenses.
Benefits are available to personal checking account owner(s), their joint account owners and their eligible family members subject to the terms and conditions for the applicable Benefits. Benefits are available to non-publicly traded businesses and their business owner(s) listed on the account and their eligible family members but are not available to employees or authorized signers who are not owners. Benefits are not available to a “signer” on the account who is not an account owner or to clubs, organizations and/or churches and their members, schools and their employees/students. For revocable grantor trusts, Benefits are available only when a grantor is serving as a trustee and covers the grantor trustee(s) and their eligible family members. For all other fiduciary accounts, Benefits are available to the beneficiary, who must be the primary member, and his or her eligible family members (Fiduciary is not covered). Access your financial wellness platform with unlimited one-on-one coahcing, interactive courses, videos, booklets, infographics, and more to help maximize financial wellness. 6 Credit Tools: Credit score is a VantageScore® 3.0 based on data from a single credit bureau. Semiannual credit reports are provided through TransUnion. Please refer to the actual Guide to Benefit for complete details. Credit planning tools and simulators are provided for educational purposes only and do not guarantee credit approval or changes in credit scores. Other lenders may use different scoring models to evaluate creditworthiness. Once credit file monitoring has been activated and you have requested your first credit score, you may request a new credit score each month to be plotted on your Credit Score Tracker graph. Monthly email notifications will be sent to let you know when your new score is available.
