Phone Protection reimburses eligible repair or replacement costs for covered damage or theft of eligible cell phones when you pay your monthly wireless bill with your eligible Elite Checking account. Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions in the Guide to Benefit. A $50 deductible applies per approved claim. Benefits are limited to $400 per claim, up to two approved claims and $800 total per 12-month period. Theft claims require a police report filed within 48 hours of the incident.
