Celebrate spring by giving a pet a fresh start!
Join us for Frontwave’s Spring Pet Adoption Event—helping pets find loving homes just in time for summer! Enjoy a fun-filled day with cuddly companions, tasty bites from local food trucks, and activities the whole family will love. We can’t wait to see you on Saturday, May 31st!
What to Expect:
- Adoption Fee Support – Frontwave Credit Union will donate $100 toward adoption fees for each family that adopts a pet during the event!
- Donation to Rescues - The Frontwave Foundation will donate $100 to each rescue for every pet adopted during the event!
- Local Animal Rescues – Cuddle and connect with a variety of dogs/puppies, cats/kittens and rabbits from local pet rescues, and meet the amazing volunteers that care for them!
- Pet Swag – Get a new Frontwave collar and leash for your newly adopted pet.
- Food Truck Treats – Fuel your day with coffee, breakfast, lunch, and sweet treats from a variety of local food trucks. Don’t forget to snag a pup cup for your four-legged friend!
- Meet & Greet – Snap a photo with the San Diego Sockers, Clippers and Strike Force mascots and players.
- Free Wellness Exams - Adopt a pet through a Frontwave partner rescue and receive a free wellness exam from Freddie's Place Animal Hospital.

We’re proud to partner with these incredible local animal rescues, each dedicated to giving second chances to animals who’ve been overlooked or abandoned. Run entirely by passionate volunteers and foster families, these non-profits rely on compassion, commitment, and community to fuel their life-saving work. Free Wellness Exams with Adoptions
We’re thrilled to partner with Freddie's Place Animal Hospital in Vista, CA to make pet adoption even more rewarding! If you adopt a pet through one of Frontwave's partner animal rescues, you can receive a Free Wellness Exam at Freddie’s Place Animal Hospital within 30 days of adoption (bring along your adoption paperwork).
