Get Your Tax Forms On Time

Most tax forms are available by January 31. To avoid delays, make sure your mailing address and email are up to date.

  • eDocuments users can access tax forms anytime in Online Banking.
  • Paper forms are mailed to Members not enrolled in eDocuments.

Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)

There’s still time to make an IRA contribution before the tax deadline. Grow your retirement savings while taking advantage of potential tax benefits with IRA Share Accounts, Certificates, or Money Market options.

How to Pay Your Taxes

You can pay your federal or state taxes securely using your Frontwave Visa credit card or by direct debit from your checking or savings account.

Please note: Federal and state agencies do not accept tax payments through Online Bill Pay.

  • Form Name: 1099-INT
  • Date Available: By January 31

How the form will be received

Members will receive one tax form with total dividends from all Frontwave accounts, except tax deferred accounts such as IRAs. Joint account holder names and account numbers will not appear on tax forms.

  • Members enrolled in eDocuments will receive their form by logging into Online Banking.
  • Members who are not enrolled in eDocuments will receive their form by mail to the address on file.
  • To enroll in eDocuments, login to Online Banking and click on the “eDocuments” tab.

  • Form Name: 1042-S
  • Date Available: By January 31

  • Members who are not enrolled in eDocuments will receive their form by mail to the address on file for their account with the equity loan.

  • Form Name: 1099-R for Traditional and Roth Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)

How the form will be received

Members will receive their form by mail to the address on file for the tax-deferred account. These forms are not available online.

  • Form Name: 5498 for Traditional and Roth Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)
  • Date Available: 5498 by May 31; 5498-ESA by April 30; 5498-SA by May 31
