Grand Opening Celebration at Pendleton Pantry

At Frontwave Credit Union, we take great pride in supporting our military community. That’s why we’re honored to partner with the Armed Services YMCA (ASYMCA) to provide essential resources to active-duty service members and their families through the newly improved Pendleton Pantry.

A New and Improved Pantry for Military Families

The ASYMCA recently celebrated the grand opening of the enhanced Pendleton Pantry, a critical resource designed to ensure that military families have access to nutritious food and household essentials. With funding from The Legacy and a partnership with the San Diego Food Bank, the newly expanded pantry offers a dignified, shopping-style experience where families can select dry goods, fresh produce, refrigerated items, cleaning supplies, and even books for children. Guided by volunteer shoppers, this model empowers families to choose the items they need most.

Frontwave’s Ongoing Support

As part of our commitment to serving those who serve, Frontwave Credit Union proudly supports the ASYMCA and Pendleton Pantry through financial contributions, volunteer efforts, and participation in community events throughout the year. By working together, we help ensure that military families have access to the necessities that keep their homes running smoothly.

About the Pendleton Pantry

Located at the ASYMCA Admin Office on 200090 Ash Road, Wire Mountain Road, the Pendleton Pantry provides critical support for active-duty service members and their families. Open every Tuesday and Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the pantry is a vital resource in helping families make ends meet.
